Aha, if I'm rather honest with you, Kaiser declared war on me to begin with, in a cheap attempt to break up the alliance before it had begun.

Hopefully if I'm elected as Director of Foreign Affairs I can negotiate a peace either with BS or with some alliances that can keep him under control for now.
