What u gain from war

[b]i am against 1 country it seam that i win but i may not.So what do i get from war?

If you win you have a choice of four options:

You can limit the size of the losing leader's army to 10,000 infantry units, disallowing the use of any Navy or Air forces;

You can gain 500% of their daily income from them as reperations payments;

You can take 5% of their total land;

Or you can choose to do nothing.

These tend to come in handy, but choose wisely, as a prolonged war effort can cripple both nations' economies and population happiness, and war should not be entered unless you are sure you can win. Your best bet in a losing battle is to try to negotiate a peace with the opposing nation's leader or to set your tax rate low enough so that they cannot gain extravagant amounts of money from you if they claim reperations.
